Buyer’s Inspection

11th Month Inspection
Newly constructed homes are often sold with a 12-month warranty from the builder that protects the new owner from having to pay for certain defects in construction. We will inspect the home during the warranty’s 11th month, helping the owner understand what repairs to request. We also offer this service for those who are rebuilding from the Tubbs fire.
Re-Inspection
After receiving your Buyer’s Inspection and working out repair agreements with your realtor or seller, a Re-Inspection can offer some additional peace of mind. We return to the home, this time checking the repairs and changes made to the property so that you can be sure they are complete and in accordance with industry standards.
